As both a Business and Personal Coach, Kalena provides
her clients with a combination of sound business advice,
support and encouragement. Her positive approach allows
clients to acquire balance in their professional and personal lives by overcoming obstacles that once prevented them from having more rewarding careers. Coaching options include one-on-one coaching by phone or in person, and group coaching via teleconferencing or e-mail groups. Kalena also offers workshops and retreats that allow her clients to expand their connection to Spirit.

Menu of Coaching Services:

• Area Coaching - 1 hour in person & 1/2 hour monthly check-in
• Distance Coaching - 1 hour in person & 1/2 hour monthly check-in
• Business Support Groups - groups of 6 business owners meet twice monthly
  over 3 months
• Infinity Groups - a year long program of groups of 8 business owners meet
  once a month.
• Soul Coaching - Groups are offered as weekly in-person sessions, daily e-mail
